Terms of Service
Effective May 28, 2026. By placing an order with Pure Bio Research Laboratories you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility & intended use
You represent that you are a qualified researcher, of legal age in your jurisdiction, and that the products you order are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. You may not use, administer, or distribute these products for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, or any clinical or diagnostic context. Violation of this clause terminates these terms immediately.
2. Products & descriptions
We make a good-faith effort to describe products accurately, including purity ranges, sizes, and certificates of analysis. Pricing, availability, and specifications may change without notice. Photography and illustrations are representative; the actual lot you receive is identified by lot number on the COA.
3. Orders, payment & pricing
Submitting an order constitutes an offer; we may accept or refuse any order at our discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders for suspected misuse, and decline orders to destinations where the product is restricted. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless you have an approved net-terms account.
4. Shipping, risk of loss, and cold-chain
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. However, if a shipment arrives outside its temperature envelope and you notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the temperature-indicator card, we will replace the affected lot at our cost. See our shipping policy and returns policy for details.
5. Returns, refunds, and replacements
Lot-controlled research materials are not returnable once dispatched. We will replace at no cost any lot that fails its COA spec, arrives damaged, or arrives outside its temperature envelope. Refunds are issued only when replacement is impractical. Full policy at /policies/returns.
6. No warranties beyond the COA
Each product is sold subject to the certificate of analysis for that lot. Beyond the COA spec, we make no representations or warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Buyer is solely responsible for evaluating fitness for intended research applications.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Bio's aggregate liability under any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost research data, regardless of the form of action.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Pure Bio harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your handling, use, or distribution of the products, including any unauthorized use for human or veterinary application.
9. Restricted-compound compliance
Some compounds are restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure your intended use complies with local, national, and international law. We will not ship to addresses where importation of a particular compound is prohibited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
