Shipping Policy
Cold-chain logistics, dispatch windows, and what to expect when your parcel arrives.
Dispatch window
Orders placed before 14:00 Eastern on a business day typically dispatch the same day; orders placed later dispatch the next business day. Lyophilized inventory is held at −20°C until pull-and-pack, then sealed under argon and placed in a vacuum-formed carrier with phase-change media.
Where we ship
We currently ship to United States addresses only. International orders are not accepted at this time. We will announce additional destinations as we expand.
Transit times
- US domestic ground: 2–3 business days.
- US domestic expedited: 1 business day.
Cold-chain guarantee
Every parcel ships with a phase-change cooler calibrated to keep the interior below 8°C for at least 72 hours. A temperature-indicator card is enclosed in every shipment. If the card shows a breach on arrival, photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and email hello@purebiopeptides.us — we will replace the affected lot at our cost, including expedited shipping.
Restricted compounds
Some compounds may be restricted in certain US jurisdictions. If your shipping address is in a state where a specific compound cannot be delivered, we will refund the affected line item and ship the remainder. Buyer is responsible for ensuring local compliance for receipt of research materials.
Discreet packaging
We ship in plain, unlabeled outer boxes. Internal documentation uses the Pure Bio label. We do not advertise contents on the exterior of any parcel.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. We charge actual carrier rates plus a packaging fee that covers the phase-change media and indicator card. US domestic ground is free for orders over $250.
Address changes & reroutes
Address changes are possible before dispatch. Once a parcel is in-transit, we cannot reroute it without involving the carrier and potentially compromising the cold chain. Contact hello@purebiopeptides.us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected window, contact us. We will file the carrier claim and arrange replacement.
